HOTWORX
HOTWORX is a virtually instructed exercise program created for users to experience the many benefits of infrared heat absorption, while completing a 30-minute Isometric workout or 15-minute High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) session. As the infrared heat penetrates your body causing you to sweat, the isometric postures further accelerate detoxification by physically removing the toxins from your organs through muscle contraction.

INBODY
What does your weight really represent? When you step on a scale, you can’t see how much muscle or fat you have—all you see is a number with no context.

RECOVERY TUB
The recovery tub is designed for treatment and prevention of sports-related injuries and recovery from exercise. Hydrotherapy is the use of water to relieve discomfort and promote physical well-being. The unit offers recuperative and healing therapy to the extremities, hips, back, and shoulder areas.

MASSAGE THERAPY
Massage therapy helps improve physical and mental health & wellness. Therapeutic Bodywork Practitioner, Sami Hubbard, specializes in integrated massage using trigger points, essential oils, stretching, light healing touch, manual lymphatic drain, and reflexology.

TANNING
Tanning is a space created to elevate mood and bronze your skin. We supply two HEX tanners and a Bed tanner. Our tanning is on a first come first serve basis to members and day passers, no appointments required.

KIDZ CLUB
The Kidz Club is a space created for kids to have a safe place to play! It is available for use 24/7 to members and their children.

POOL & HOT TUB
All memberships have access to the Doherty Hotel pool & hot tub, with the exception of day passes.
The pool & hot tub are available Monday – Thursday 9:00AM – 5:00PM & Friday 9:00AM – 3:00PM. You must receive a pool pass from Clare Family Fitness before proceeding to use the pool/hot tub. You may use the pool/hot tub outside of those hours but you will have to pay out of pocket to the Doherty Hotel.

BODY VIBE
Whole body vibration training utilizes almost 100 percent of the muscle fibers, improving blood circulation, lymphatic drainage and metabolism. It stimulates muscles which will pump blood into the smallest capillaries of the body. Our body vibe is available 24/7, first come first serve, in the Circuit Room.
