I have an approach to fitness unlike any other. Fitness comes in many forms and is an integral part of life for everyone. I have received a Bachelor’s in Exercise Science & Health Fitness from Central Michigan University, which allowed me to do an internship with Barwis Methods: Professional Grade Athletic Performance Facility. I am certified through American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM) as a certified Personal Trainer. I have experience working with a wide variety of populations through many different fitness domains including weight loss, strength and conditioning, body building, athletic performance, injury prevention, wellness coaching, and endurance training. I have been involved in several sports throughout my life including Football, Track, Wrestling, and MMA. My current training is a mix of strength training and bodybuilding as I am preparing for a Powerlifting meet and Physique show.
