“Family!” This is the first word that comes to mind when asked about Clare Family Fitness. It is such an honor to be part of a business that focuses on bringing health and wellness to all ages of our community. Not everyone gets to say they have their dream job and enjoy going to work; this is true for me. I have been a part of CFF since 2001 and I have had the opportunity to build such great relationships with the members and amazing staff. I have watched our members grow and achieve goals over the years, just as they have watched me grow during various stages of my life. Working at CFF gives me the ability to do what I LOVE! My passion is to motivate and help others conquer life obstacles to reach their goals. CFF has given me a sense of personal fulfillment, it is my second home, my fitness family.

I like working at CFF for a number of reasons. The most important reason to me is the opportunity it gives me to spread my knowledge and give back to the community through health and fitness. Working at CFF gives me the chance to serve as a source of accountability and inspiration to our members, especially the youth in our community. I have currently been working at CFF for 6 years, and the greatest part of working here has been the family atmosphere created by the staff, owners, and members. Compared to other fitness centers that I have worked for I would say CFF is the most welcoming to all members, staff and especially beginners. CFF is a gym that does its best at providing all the community needs by offering a wide variety of fitness options. I am very happy to work at CFF and for the Dentons.

This place is more than just a gym, more than just a place to reach your fitness goals, it is more than just a place where you go to change your outside appearance. Clare Family Fitness is a community, it is therapy, it is empowering, it is acceptance, it is safe, and it is inspiring. Becoming a part of the gym fam has helped me evolve, it has given me the opportunity to engage more with our community & the ability to cultivate my marketing skills. The relationships that have been instituted within our little gym fam will forever have an impact on my life. I am so grateful to have this opportunity to learn, grow, and love within the walls of CFF. I love working at CFF. The staff feels like a family and I get to learn from each and everyone of them. I love seeing and getting to know the customers that come in. The customers are always so friendly and excited to see us. Working at the gym gives me the opportunity to get to know more people from where I have lived my whole life. I get to see them achieve their goals and get to watch their progress. To me, it is awesome to watch the journeys!
