I have 20 years of experience working in the fitness industry. My love for the industry has given me the opportunity to help individuals meet their fitness goals, whether they are a busy mom with little time, a student learning about weight training, or a senior citizen looking to gain strength and balance. I specialize in rehabilitation, but I enjoy all aspects of fitness training.
I love all my clients like family and love to help others set goals and REACH THEM! It is such a great feeling to see a person succeed!

I have received a Bachelor’s in Exercise Science & Health Fitness from Central Michigan University, which allowed me to do an internship with Barwis Methods: Professional Grade Athletic Performance Facility. I am certified through American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM) as a certified Personal Trainer. I have experience working with a wide variety of populations through many different fitness domains including weight loss, strength and conditioning, body building, athletic performance, injury prevention, wellness coaching, and endurance training. I have been involved in several sports throughout my life including Football, Track, Wrestling, and MMA. My current training is a mix of strength training and bodybuilding as I am preparing for a Powerlifting meet and Physique show.

Through my own fitness journey, I discovered the desire to help others in their journey. By improving my life and becoming comfortable in my own skin, I wanted to lend support to others to become comfortable in their own skin as well. From there, I became a Transformations Specialist because the road to a “healthier you” is more than just a physical one. I believe assessing the mental and emotional aspects of fitness should always be the first step, which will then lead to a successful physical journey.
